We enjoyed our week stay in Carla’s condo. It was modern and felt just like our home. We spent more time on the beach of course be size we had beautiful weather everyday, but it’s nice to know you have a wonderful clean place to stay if the weather is bad. Highly recommend Carla!

WOW! Immediately upon entering the door you felt right at home. You could tell Carla takes great pride in providing a peaceful environment. I received an email with instructions a couple of days before our arrival and again on the day we were set to arrive. Carla responded quickly to my questions which was very comforting. The day before we left I received another email explaining what we needed to do before we left. All directions were clear and concise and very easy to follow. The property was beautiful and well taken care of. There were plenty of carts to help us get our things to the condo which was very nice. Everyone who worked on site was kind. We loved having the food bar available to purchase food and drinks. It was THE BEAT weekend and we plan to rent from Carla again in the future.

This was my family’s first trip to Pensacola Beach and this location was awesome! The property sits between the ocean (quick walk across the street) and the bay. Having the option to go to either was great for our littles. The property had everything we needed - even beach supplies! I would definitely stay here again!

Ohhhh my goodness what a beautiful condo and surroundings. The view of the sound and sunset is amazing!!! Close to everything Pensacola Beach has to offer. Literally right next to Fort Pickens beautiful State Park. Can’t wait to go back again. So clean and beautiful.

My daughter and I loved our stay at Carla’s place! Gated entry, covered parking right by the elevator and quiet location (last complex before Fort Pickens). Inside was clean, up to date, and decorated beautifully. The kitchen had the essential appliances and utensils we needed to prepare meals, the bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were clean and bright with quickly heated water and good pressure. We enjoyed the two balconies overlooking the bay, especially the sliding doors with screens to have fresh air and the sound of the waves but no bugs. The bayside pool was very nice and clean. The beach is right across the street and Carla provided all the beach amenities we needed…chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, and body/skim boards. And just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend Carla’s place and will definitely stay here again when returning to Pensacola Beach!

The place was beautiful cozy and clean. We really enjoyed how private and peaceful it was. I would definitely pick this place again for our next trip to Pensacola! We showed a friend and he wants the exact room because we bragged on the experience. Great job on making your guest feel so welcomed.

Carla’s place was wonderful! Awesome location, house was clean, beds were cozy, stocked kitchen, pool and hottub were great. The view from the balcony was so nice to wake up to every morning. We had a great time! We weren’t allowed to book Sunday to Sunday- it was due to the cleaning schedule. So we booked Monday to Sunday. Only wish is we got that extra day!

Highly recommend Carla’s place! We had an amazing time! Everything we needed was there and Carla responds so fast to any concerns you may have! The coffee machine quit working on us which to me is a crisis LOL! She had an extra brand new one ready for us right away! Very kind of her and very helpful 😊 also it’s a comfy home for kiddos. She also let us get in early so our baby could take her nap! Thank you Carla you are a kind soul!!

We loved the peaceful view! The balconies ❤️ overlooking the beautiful bay AMAZING!!!! Sunsets were just gorgeous! 🌅we had such a relaxing time! Carla was very responsive with any questions or concern we had. ☺️

We loved our stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! Everything was clean and spotless, and the beach and pool were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to PCB!
